Make simple syrup by boiling water and then add the sugar, dissolving with a whisk. Set aside and cool.
Slice the pineapples in chunks and stack in a beverage dispenser (preferably glass).
Pour vodka over the pineapple.
Add the cocunut rum.
Add the cooled simple syrup.
Do not stir!
Cover the covered dispenser with kitchen towels and let it sit for a week.
Dispense into a bar shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake and strain into martini glasses!
Serve and enjoy! These don’t taste like alcohol and really packs a punch so drink responsibly.
