- 750 ml Bottle Rosé
- 3 Cups Fresh Strawberries Hulled and halved
- 1/2 Cup Vodka
- 2 tbsp Simple Syrup Dissolve 1/2 cup granulated sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water & let cool & refrigerate.
- 3 Splashes Grenadine Optional: This adds a little more sweetness and color!
- 1 Scoop Strawberry Ice Cream Optional
The night before (or in adavance) pour the rosé into a seal tight container or into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Make simple syrup by boiling water and then adding the sugar. Stir to dissolve completely. Set aside and cool. Transfer to a container and refrigerate.
Add the fresh strawberries into the blender and top with the simple syrup (optional sprinkle a little granulated sugar on top as well) and let sit for approximately 15 minutes.
Add frozen rosé ice cubes or if you used a container just crush up the rosé using a spoon or fork and then add to blender with the strawberries.
Add the vodka and the grenadine syrup. (Optional: scoop of strawberry ice cream)
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour, garnish with a fresh strawberry or two, sit back and enjoy!
Please drink responsibly!
