Leftover Turkey Rangoons
Sick and tired of plain old turkey sandwiches? Here is the remedy. Turkey, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, scallions and bacon enveloped within puff pastry.

- 2 sheets Puff Pastry Thawed
- 1 package Cream Cheese
- 12 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Scallions Chopped
- 5 Slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
- Leftover Turkey Slices
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
Thaw puff pastry per package instructions.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Layout puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into thirds.
On three of the six puff pastry sheets, add a thick layer of cream cheese, followed by scallions, layer of four slices of sharp cheddar per sliced sheet, top with a piece of turkey and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Top with the remaining three pieces of puff pastry.
Cut into four diagnol sections and squeeze each side closed. Make markings along the edge with a small fork.
Grease the baking sheet and place so they are not touching.
Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for a couple minutes to get a golden brown top.
Remove and let cool on baking sheet for five minutes. Move to a cooling rack. Serve warm.
