Looking to make an upscale party cocktail? Tired of the old punch bowls? This pineapple infused vodka with a hint of coconut will be the hit of the party! Plan ahead! This needs to steep for a week!

What you need for this party sized cocktail; 1.75 Liters of unflavored vodka, Malibu coconut rum, simple syrup and of course fresh pineapple!
Simple syrup, is well pretty simple to make! It is made with equal parts of water and granulated sugar. Just boil the water and the. Add the sugar. Whisk until dissolved and then cool to room temperature.
Next, slice the pineapple in to chunks that you can stack in a beverage dispenser. Pour the vodka, coconut rum and simple syrup over the pineapple. No need to stir!
Just cover with kitchen towels and let steep for a week!
Party time! Pour into a bar shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake! Strain into a martini glass. Serve and enjoy! You will want a designated driver for these drinks! They don’t taste much like alcohol and go down easy…so please drink responsibly!

Jo Jo Juice
Ingredients
Simple Syrup
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
Jo Jo Juice
- 1.75 Liter Vodka Unflavored
- ¾ Cup Malibu Cocunut Rum
- 1 Cup Simple Syrup Cooled
- 2 Fresh Pineapples Sliced
Instructions
- Make simple syrup by boiling water and then add the sugar, dissolving with a whisk. Set aside and cool.
- Slice the pineapples in chunks and stack in a beverage dispenser (preferably glass).
- Pour vodka over the pineapple.
- Add the cocunut rum.
- Add the cooled simple syrup.
- Do not stir!
- Cover the covered dispenser with kitchen towels and let it sit for a week.
- Dispense into a bar shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake and strain into martini glasses!
- Serve and enjoy! These don’t taste like alcohol and really packs a punch so drink responsibly.
