Baileys Creamy Chocolate Chip Dip

- 8 oz Package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Room Temperature
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Hershey’s Coco
- 3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips
Cream Cheese needs to be at room temperature - plan accordingly
Add all ingredients except the Mini chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
Mix on low until powder ingredients are combined.
Mix on medium until creamy.
Save 1/4 cups of chocolate chips and set aside. Add the rest of the chocolate chips and mix in by hand.
Transfer to a small serving bowl and cover. Chill for a minimum of an hour.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the top of the dip before serving.
Serve with Nabisco Nilla Wafer cookies. (Another great alternative is vanilla pizzelle).
If you are having a large gathering, you will want to increase this recipe by 2 or 3 and set it out in two or three bowls for everyone to enjoy!
Don’t forget to let all of your guests know it contains alcohol (even consider a label). Children and people who do not drink alcohol will be happy you let them know in advance!
