Not only are chocolate chips added (I prefer high quality Ghiradelli but that is your choice) but white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows are included to these delicious soft and chewy cookies.

S’mores ‘n More Cookies

This cookie recipe has s’mores goodness by adding marshmallows, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips to a chocolate chip cookie dough.

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Iodized Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 sticks Softened Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 12 oz Ghiradelli Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Ghiradelli Classic White Chips
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° F
  • In a bowl add flour, salt & baking soda and stir to combine. Set aside.
  • In a mixer at medium speed, combine sugar, brown sugar & butter.
  • Add eggs and vanilla to mixer on low speed until combined.
  • Incrementally add the flour mixture until combined. Remove bowl from mixer stand.
  • Add chocolate Chips, white chocolate chips and marshmallows. Stir by hand until equally distributed in cookie dough.
  • For larger cookies; Drop 2 tbsp of dough mixture onto a cookie tray lined with parchment paper.
    For smaller cookies; Drop 1 tbsp of dough mixture onto a cookie tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook for 7- 9 minutes or until lightly browned on top (oven temps vary so cook time varies)
