Are you looking for a quick and easy dinner recipe? We all are at some point of time! Life gets busy. You can create this “krazy” easy kielbasa pasta dish in under 30 minutes! Easy but a super delicious main course. Who knew that kielbasa and pasta would be such a hit? It’s a perfect combination and scrumptious when you are short on time and life gets crazy but you don’t want to sacrifice family dinner time.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz package Kielbasa Sliced
  • 2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Chopped
  • 1 Large Fresh Green Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Large Fresh Vidalia Onion Diced
  • 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 1 Box Tri Colored Pasta Cooked per box instruction
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 block Parmagiano Reggiano Cheese Grated

Instructions

  • Preheat water to a slight boil to blanch broccoli.
  • Preheat water to a boil for cooking pasta per instruction on box.
  • Prep a sauté pan with a covering of olive oil on medium heat.
  • Chop the broccoli. Blanch the Broccoli (do not fully cook). Approximately 4 minutes.
  • Dice the pepper and onion. Mince the garlic. Slice the kielbasa. Place all but the garlic in the sauté pan. Stir occasionally. Add garlic.
  • Cook the pasta while sautéing the kielbasa and other ingredients.
  • Once pasta is done and drained add butter and olive oil and stir well. Add the pasta to the sauté pan with the kielbasa sauté. Add parmagiano reggiano cheese to sauté and mix well.
  • Plate and grate parmagiano reggiano over top. Serve and enjoy!
