A drink with gin and prosecco? Who would have guessed how refreshing this combination is! This cocktail is a great way to celebrate National Prosecco Day or any other day for that matter! Bombay Sapphire is the recommended gin for this drink. Substitutions are not recommended!

My husband loves Bombay! My kids call it daddy’s blue juice for grownups only 😉 Is this super sweet? He’s not a fan of super sweet stuff. I’ve used simple syrup in Lemonade but that’s also tons of sugar! This doesn’t seem like much 🤷‍♀️

It is not sweet. We do not like sweet drinks either. Simple syrup is never used in huge amounts in cocktails…usually just a splash. It just won’t taste the same without it! I was surprised at how good it really is.
