Leftover Turkey Rangoons
Ingredients
- 2 sheets Puff Pastry Thawed
- 1 package Cream Cheese
- 12 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Scallions Chopped
- 5 Slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
- Leftover Turkey Slices
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Thaw puff pastry per package instructions.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Layout puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into thirds.
- On three of the six puff pastry sheets, add a thick layer of cream cheese, followed by scallions, layer of four slices of sharp cheddar per sliced sheet, top with a piece of turkey and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Top with the remaining three pieces of puff pastry.
- Cut into four diagnol sections and squeeze each side closed. Make markings along the edge with a small fork.
- Grease the baking sheet and place so they are not touching.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for a couple minutes to get a golden brown top.
- Remove and let cool on baking sheet for five minutes. Move to a cooling rack. Serve warm.
