Easy Kielbasa Potato and Onion Bake

Try this easy kielbasa dish with potaotoes and onions. This dish is prepared with three main ingredients and some spices in less than an hour. Most of that time is baking in the oven. Kielbasa alone can be boring! This recipe adds some pizazz to an otherwise boring dish!

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Potatoes Scrubbed – not peeled / Sliced
  • 1 Large Vidalia Onion Sliced
  • 1 Package Kielbasa Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Package Good Seasons Dry Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Slice potatoes, onions and kielbasa
  • Layer the olive oil beginning on the bottom of the pan and as you add sliced ingredients (we used a foil pan for easy cleanup)
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt and pepper over ingredients. Drizzle a little olive oil on top
  • Cover pan with aluminum foil to steam and place on a baking dish for easy transport into and out of the oven
  • Bake for forty five minutes
  • Let sit covered for an additional 10 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
