Baileys Creamy Chocolate Chip Dip

Baileys Creamy Chocolate Chip Dip

Wow your family and friends with this easy no bake 5 minute dessert dip!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Room Temperature
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Hershey’s Coco
  • 3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Cream Cheese needs to be at room temperature – plan accordingly
  • Add all ingredients except the Mini chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix on low until powder ingredients are combined.
  • Mix on medium until creamy.
  • Save 1/4 cups of chocolate chips and set aside. Add the rest of the chocolate chips and mix in by hand.
  • Transfer to a small serving bowl and cover. Chill for a minimum of an hour.
  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the top of the dip before serving.
  • Serve with Nabisco Nilla Wafer cookies. (Another great alternative is vanilla pizzelle).

Notes

If you are having a large gathering, you will want to increase this recipe by 2 or 3 and set it out in two or three bowls for everyone to enjoy!
Don’t forget to let all of your guests know it contains alcohol (even consider a label). Children and people who do not drink alcohol will be happy you let them know in advance!
