Hi! My name is Joanne Byrnes and I created this blog at the end of March 2019. My husband and I both grew up in Massachusetts and currently reside in New Hampshire. I am in my fifties and I have been happily married since 1996 to my husband John. I have no children. I work full time from home as a Business Systems Analyst and I love my job. My husband is a self employed General Contractor and runs J & J Builders. He has also joined the blog as The Serial Chef. Check out his page for great recipes! I have always wanted to write but life just gets in the way! Well, I am finally going to do it and what better to write about than “Real Life Real Issues”!
Everyone encounters good times and bad. So, for the “Real Life” piece of this, it will encompass all the good! As far as the “Real Issues” piece of this, it will contain stories of the issues encountered by myself, my family or someone else and how to challenge it head on!
We love our travels as couple and believe in living life to the fullest while enjoying our upscale travels and sharing them with others who are also interested in the better things in life!
I was a bartender for many years prior to my professional career and I love making cocktails! I promise I will not post anything I have not tasted myself and loved. There is nothing I hate more than making a cocktail that looks delicious online but it tastes like…well, GARBAGE!
We live in the suburbs and always have wild life around, so expect pictures and videos when we can capture it. I never get tired of watching the animals and I would love to share the experiences with you when I can capture it.
There will be many more than cocktails, travel and animals, that is just to name a few. I hope you enjoy the stories! I hope the issues presented will also help you through your own challenges! That being said, it can’t all be bad because that would get rather depressing, wouldn’t it? We need some happy times included as well. That is just what it is all about “Real Life Real Issues”!
